TRAIL WORK UPDATE 12/17/2011 & 12/18/2011

Hello again fellow snowmobilers......(with grass showing),
This weekend I spent both sat. and sun. all day out on the range roads draining some MASSIVE waterholes. Some I wasn't able to because they are going to have to be filled with material but doesn't look as if this is going to be able to be done this year. So with that said it looks like there "should" be less water issues on the trails atleast thats if the trucks don't tear it up before the ground freezes solid.

As of this am (12/18/2011) at 6:30am it was 10 degrees and the ground was solid..... draining waterholes was a challenge but successful! With temps not warming up past 30 today by the time I met up with Brian and worked on the equipment it was about 9:45pm when we left the grooming tent and the temp was 14 degrees..... THIS IS GOOD! Only bad news is it may warm up into the 40's this week but with cold nights it should keep a good freeze
on the ground below!
