TRAIL CONDITIONS UPDATE 01/19/2012

Hello Fellow Snowmobilers,
It is apparent taht mother nature doesn't want to work with us this year and is keeping the snow in Alaska. Well, I don't agree with this issue at all!
Looks like we have a shot of snow coming tonight and more saturday. There is about 1 - 2 inches of ice on the trails as we speak. This sets up a great base now all we need to do is add snow. With this said, if we get a half a foot of snow or more on the trails by this weekend, most likly the gates will be open. With a few inches of snow I'm going to tryt o make the call and start to pack the trails. The better base we have the lonmger ridding season we get. The way it looks there isn't much of the season left. Hopefully we get to ride rest of Jan all feb and all march, This is my goal. Well, With this said, keep coming back as I promise to update as conditions and packing/grooming of the trails occur. Thanks for bearing with us and.....
